As I sit here scrolling through Facebook, I see many asking for prayer. Some give details, while others are unspoken. The needs are significant, and prayer is something we all can do for each other no matter the situation.
So let’s pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I thank you for who you are. Praise you, Lord, for all you have done in my life. When I think about some of the things I have done, oh Lord, please forgive me and help me to live a more righteous life that glorifies you.
Father, many are hurting and are weighed down by the anxieties of this life. I ask Lord for your mighty hand to work through each situation. Please bring peace and hope, Lord, to each person praying this prayer with me.
Father, I am reminded of the words of Jesus where he says all who are heavy burdened to take His yoke because it is easy and light. I pray we lay our burdens at the feet of the cross and trust you with the outcome.
Lord, we feel the weight of all that is happening around us. I stand in the gap for my brothers and sisters in Christ and ask you, Lord, to give them wisdom, assurance, strength, endurance, peace, and patience for the days ahead, whatever they may bring.
I ask Lord for healing of those who are sick and battling disease. I pray for all the tired caregivers, whether in-home or in facilities. Please give them renewed strength and energy.
Father, to you, be all honor and glory forever and ever. Lord, I pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
You are not alone.
Remember, my friend; you are not alone. Our Heavenly Father is near, and He knows what you need. I know the needs are great, but our Lord is greater. Give your concerns and worries over to the Lord and lean in. He is waiting.
May God richly bless you and your family during these difficult times.
In His Service,
The Teaching Lady
