Psalm 34: 8-9, “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Fear the Lord, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing.”
Taste and see that the Lord is good.
I have always said a relationship with Jesus Christ is sweeter than a berry on the vine, Frosted Flakes, chocolate milk, turtle candies, fruit punch, latte coffee with two sugars, and pure sugar cane that grows in the field. Wow, I must be addicted to sugar because those are all delicious except for the coffee. I love the smell of coffee, but I’m not too fond of the taste. There isn’t enough flavored creamer to make it more appealing.
Honestly, there’s nothing else like a relationship with the Lord. I used to dismiss others when they expressed their love for the Lord. It wasn’t until I experienced his love for myself that I came to understand just how sweet and wonderful a relationship with the Lord can change my life in ways I never imagined. I never want to go back to the lonely life before Christ!
Experience all the Lord has to offer. He wants to freely give his love, grace, mercy, abundance, and forgiveness. Engage daily in a loving relationship with the Savior of the world. He is waiting.
The Lord will bless you beyond your comprehension. Taste and see that the Lord is good.
