Know Why You Believe What You Believe – Session 4, The Miracles of Jesus Christ
In this session, we look at the miracles of Jesus. The Bible shows us that the miracles of Jesus produce faith in God and have been written so that we may believe.
We will look at Scripture passages from the book of John. Jesus Christ performed many miracles. The Gospel of John records several that we will look at and discuss in this session.
When I think about the miracles Jesus performed, I can’t help but wonder how amazed those who witnessed the miracles must have been. And what about those who were healed? Can you picture their lives being changed in an instant? Fantastic!
There is a song that goes something like this, “There is power in the name of Jesus; there is power, power in his name.”
As a friend of mine once said, “We will be truly blessed by believing. Believe in your belief and doubt your doubts.”
“Know Why You Believe What You Believe” is a simple study to help you understand why you believe what you believe. It’s a guide to sharing your faith too. Whether you know a little or a lot about Jesus Christ, this study helps you go deeper in your walk with Christ.
Blessings!
John 3:16-17, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.”
